Organization
During your stay at the hotel, in order to protect the safety of guests and staff, you must maintain the interpersonal distanceIf this is not possible, the use of the mask.
For our guests, with a small supplement, we have a mask and gloves available.
For the check-inwe invite our guests to approach the reception one at a time, in order to avoid crowds. Alternatively, to speed up procedures upon arrival, you can make the check-in directly onlineby sending us the documents by email.
Common spaces
At various points of the hotel, available to guests, there are dispenser with sanitizing gel alcohol-based, for use at any time.
In addition, we have posted a special signage to help customers in the respect of anti-covid standards and, upon arrival, we will issue a booklet with the rules, which you can consult anywhere.
Our staff è well-informed and will be available to guests if they have any questions.
To protect the health of the guests, the common areas will be frequently sanitized and on the veranda the tables will be properly spaced.
Rooms
Le rooms will be thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each change of guest and sheets, bedspread, pillowcases and mattress cover will be changed.
We take cleanliness very seriously and use only appropriate and legally compliant products.
In addition, upon request, you can have meals in your roomwithout having to go to the dining room.
Restaurant
Our restaurant is spacious and the tables This is widely spaced with each other.
Breakfast is served as a buffet and the products will be corrected protected by plexiglass panels e served by staff according to the client's requests.
Lunch and dinner are served at the table and our guests will be able to choose among various dishes from the menu of their choice, which is always varied and different every day. In addition, there will be a buffet of vegetables, also served by the staff.
To avoid crowding the bar, even coffee and bitters will be served comfortably at the tablein the dining room.
This year, we have also changed the meal times; breakfast will be served from 7:30-9:30am, lunch from 12:30-1pm and dinner from 7:15-7:45pm.
Beach
At our affiliated beach, umbrellas and sunbeds are properly spaced with each other and will be properly sanitized after every guest change.
On the beach it is not obligatory to wear the mask but it is advisable to do it in the common areas.
Children can have fun in the play area with capped entrancebut they must be accompanied by their parents.
Cancellation policies
In order to meet the needs of our customers, we have decided to make more elastic our cancellation policy, therefore we won't ask for a deposit for bookings by the end of June.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, we will issue a voucher that you can use for your next stay at our hotel.
