To help you organise everything in the best possible way and without any doubts, we have collected the answers to the questions we are most often asked.

ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE, STAY

Yes, you can find us easily: bus stop 31, where bus 4 stops, is only 300 metres from the hotel.
Yes, we have a room equipped to accommodate people with disabilities and our lift is easily accessible.
We are right in front of the sea: you only have to cross the street to get your feet on the sand.
In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket open all year round. During the summer, the area also comes alive with amusement arcades, shops and merry-go-rounds for the amusement of children.
Yes, we are in a very convenient location: we are only 5 km from Italia in Miniatura and about half an hour's drive from Fiabilandia, Oltremare, the Cattolica Aquarium and Aquafan.
Yes, to confirm the reservation we ask for a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the stay.
The deposit is not returned.
However, if the cancellation is communicated within 7 days of arrival, We issue a voucher of equal value to be used within the following year. Beyond this deadline, the deposit is retained.
In the event of departure earlier than planned, there is a charge of minimum of 3 nights of stay.
Rooms are ready for check-in from 12:00 to 22:00. On the day of departure, check-out is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Yes, you have complete freedom and time autonomy for your travels.
No, the tourist tax is not included and must be calculated separately on the basis of the rates set by the municipality.

SERVICES

We offer the formula Bed and Breakfast during all year round.
La Half Board (with breakfast and dinner) is active April to September, while the Full Board (which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner) is available from June to September.
No, the beach service not included in our rates and must be dealt with directly with the bathing establishment.
No, we don't have a swimming pool in the hotel, but the well-equipped beach right in front of us offers plenty of space and safety even for children.
Yes, our facility and the surrounding area are perfect for accommodating families in comfort.
We have an agreement with Baths 70 and 71, located directly opposite the hotel.
Yes, we offer a free parking located directly behind the hotel or 1 km away, depending on availability at the time.
We also have a covered garage with limited places, accessible for a fee.
No, unfortunately our facility is not equipped to accommodate pets.
Yes, there is a convenient lift in the hotel to reach the floors.
No, we do not have an in-house bicycle rental service.
Yes, you can safely leave your luggage with us both on arrival and departure.

Yes, all our rooms have side sea view, while only very few rooms enjoy a direct sea view.
Yes, you will find the minibar in your room and it is at your disposal free of charge.
Yes, air conditioning is present in the rooms and is available on request at a cost of €5 per day.
Yes, all our accommodations have balconies.

KITCHEN

Yes, we offer gluten-free options, but we would like to specify that our kitchen is not AIC-certified for coeliac disease.
No, we do not have a specific menu, but we always try to do what we can to meet the needs of those who do not consume meat or meat products starting with the dishes of the day.
Yes, just let us know your needs when you make your reservation or arrive and the kitchen will make the necessary arrangements.
Yes, we are happy to agree with parents on variations of dishes or small advances on mealtimes for the youngest children.
The day begins with breakfast served from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m.; lunch is at 12:30 p.m. and dinner awaits at 7:15 p.m.
Yes, of course: just let us know a little in advance and we will prepare a handy packed lunch for you.
